The first and most important step in any skin care regimen is to cleanse your face to remove any makeup, dust and bacteria that it has encountered throughout the day. This is done by a gentle massage routine using the cleanser on a cotton pad, finally rinsed off with warm water.
To ensure your PH balance is not disrupted, you will need to use a tone after the cleanser has been applied. To reduce the number of wrinkles and help make your skin soft and supple, use moisturizing creams or lotions once you have finished with the skin toner. Moisturizing also has the added bonus of locking in the moisture that can be lost without its use, so do not skimp on this beauty care product.
Once or twice weekly you should treat your skin with an exfoliant or natural peel to remove dead skin cells and to deep cleanse your skin as part of you skin care routine. Once you have exfoliated; a normal cleanse and then tone will be necessary as part of the process.
Beauty care product eye creams can now be used to help the very delicate skin around this area by reducing and swelling and signs of aging like lines but improving the elasticity of the skin in this region. An underestimated but an essential commodity is water which can flush out toxins and which helps to hydrate the skin. Many people may feel that these products are just about plain old fashioned vanity but we rely on our skin to protect us and should not take it for granted.
